Future-fit Story:

Motorcycle OEM brand

The brand didn’t have a loyalty problem; it had a coherence problem participating in the rider’s experience.

  • Reveal

Riders loved the motorcycles, but the ownership experience was fragmented across manuals, service history, events, insurance, accessories, and community groups. Internally, data lived in silos, making it impossible to “plumb data into lead management and dealer aftersales processes.” The presenting symptom looked like “we need a loyalty programme.” The underlying truth was that Triumph needed a unified ownership platform.

  • Release

The first act of relief was removing friction from the fundamentals: utility, peace of mind, and basic ownership tasks. We anchored the platform around a simple organising principle — “Small Victories” — and rebuilt the experience around daily rider behaviour rather than incentives. VIN‑enabled profiles, digital service history, tailored offers, and a intuitive owners’ area restored the brand’s ability to move with its fans.

  • Retrain

With strain eased, we could think creatively again. Inspiration, community, and experience stopped being disconnected marketing assets and became part of a single rider ecosystem. R.A.T. principles informed a modern digital community; Spirit magazine, routes, photography, clothing, and events became shareable cultural touchpoints. With the fundamentals stabilised, the brand could design for identity, not mechanics — unlocking new ways for riders to express passion across track, dirt, and city.

  • Reinspire

The organisation gained a scalable roadmap, integrated data flows, and a unified community experience that stands the test of time. Loyalty stopped being a programme and became a lived reality — a total ownership experience that pays attention to supporting the smallest details and the brightest personal experience. Declared customer loyalty is a full 10% above the category average.

HITMXE®
moment of truth

The brand has relied on nostalgia, selling iconic large capacity bikes with heavy associations to vintage cool icons. Relying solely on premium, heavy, expensive bikes was a trap for diversified long-term loyalty.

The product line-up was being rejuvenated toward smaller-capacity bikes to entice younger riders, but lacked hooks into the customer experience both in terms of functional support and rider inspiration.
